with Lama Kelzang Wangdi
The meditation on the Bodhisattva Chenrezig (skt. Avalokiteshvara) helps us to develop in our mind love and compassion for all sentient beings.
If we realize that in an infinite number of lives, "since beginning less time" we had an connection with all sentient beings, that for example they had been our mother, then we understand that we should treat them with loving kindness. Through the Chenrezig practice we can train ourselves in this.
